INSURANCE REPLACEMENT & GEMCHECK CARDS (LMG)

We are always pleased to help with your insurance claims in the unfortunate event of loss, or damage. Our own advice is usually free, but occasionally if we have to obtain estimates from outside workshops we may need to make a small charge, refundable when the repair or replacement is proceeded.

We are pleased to be associated with Loss Management Group (LMG) and their Gemcheck card. This is where your insurance company use LMG to process your claim. You might be given a pre-loaded card, loaded with the amount of your claim, and you can use this in our shop to buy replacement items or pay for repairs. We welcome the opportunity to search for specific items that we may not hold in stock, and if necessary we can use our in-house designer and our workshop to design and create an item to your own specification.
