Product Description
We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing that all goods have been fairly described and that photographs and specifications of products are correct. The colour of the goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to the limitations of some browsers and monitors. We sometimes use props in our photographs, in such cases the product description indicates which item is being advertised for purchase. Some of our items are hand-made and as such there may be slight variations in these particular items. Clayton Fine Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for any errors made. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.

Pricing and Stock Availability
Pricing and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. Upon receiving your request to purchase, we will endeavour to contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£). All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate where applicable.

Payment
We aim to make doing business with us as easy as possible, therefore we offer a variety of secure payment methods which you can choose at our checkout. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Maestro, Switch, American Express and PayPal in pounds sterling (£) only. All credit/debit card details go through the SagePay website. Any charges will appear on your credit/debit card statement either as ‘Clayton Fine Jewellery’. Unfortunately we do not accept payment via the ecommerce website by cheque or postal order. If you wish to pay in this way, please contact us to place a telephone order. Your goods will only be despatched on receipt of cleared funds.

Upon providing us with details of the Payment Card and submitting the order you undertake that the information contained within the order is true and accurate and that you are duly authorised to use the Payment Card and authorise us to deduct from the Payment Card account the full price of the goods and all other payments which may become due to us.

The deduction of monies from your Payment Card does not mean that we have accepted your order nor does it mean that a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject your order we will credit your Payment Card with the amount deducted.
